@deladem
I build and support reliable IT infrastructure, websites, servers, networks, and business-critical systems.
GhanaWhat I'm looking for
I've built and maintained websites, mail servers, web servers, and IT infrastructure for AAANEW EV LTD and HTC Depot Limited, helping strengthen online presence and day-to-day operations.
At HTC Depot, I architected an in-house Proxmox environment with virtualized web, mail, and Windows servers, deployed Active Directory for 15 PCs, and manage MikroTik networking and daily support for 20+ staff.
I resolved a mail deliverability failure through ISP IP migration and SPF, DKIM, and DMARC implementation, reducing bounce rates to near-zero. I also maintain a 57-camera CCTV network and access control points with full surveillance uptime.
My work spans WordPress and WooCommerce development, Ubuntu and Windows Server administration, network troubleshooting, hardware support, and visual design. I'm CompTIA Security+ certified and bring more than four years of hands-on IT support experience.
