I'm looking to contribute troubleshooting, system maintenance, and user-support skills within a dynamic team that values collaboration, innovative solutions, and improving the IT experience for users.

I've supported customers and upgraded systems at Capital Computers in Achimota, improving performance and user satisfaction through sales and technical support.

I collaborate with teams to deploy software solutions, conduct regular system audits, and help maintain compliant, reliable IT operations. My work also includes marketing and sales through e-commerce platforms.

I'm building on a Diploma in System Engineering from IPMC College of Technology, where I graduated with honors and completed a system-optimization capstone project. I bring certifications in Microsoft A+ hardware, networking, and server technologies, along with a practical focus on helping users solve technical problems.
