I'm seeking a People & Culture role supporting HR initiatives and analytics, fostering inclusive employee experiences, and growing within a collaborative, development-focused team.

I am an entry-level People & Culture professional with a Bachelor of Science from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Master's in Industrial and Organizational Psychology (in progress).
