What I'm looking for
I’m a customer-focused professional who enjoys greeting people warmly, listening closely, and using empathy to understand what they need. In fast-paced environments, I stay calm while building rapport and providing clear, professional support.
I’ve supported customers across multiple roles, maintaining strong product knowledge, confidentiality, and accurate documentation in the appropriate systems. I’m comfortable managing high call volumes and responding through emails and SMS, including outbound calling and objection handling to keep conversations moving forward.
Most recently, I’ve worked in residential mortgage support—originate and close loans, maintain compliance with regulations, and manage the loan process from application to closing while building long-term client relationships. I’m now focused on bringing that same reliability, communication strength, and drive for growth to a full-time Receptionist position.
