What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an entry-level application, production, or technical support role where I can troubleshoot service issues, monitor systems, follow documented processes, collaborate across teams, and grow in enterprise operations.

I've built and supported a multi-server LMS environment at Conestoga College using Hyper-V, Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, and MySQL/MariaDB.

I monitor application and service health with Zabbix, Windows Admin Center, and AWS CloudWatch, investigating authentication, DNS, network, and database-connectivity issues through structured troubleshooting.

I'm focused on dependable production support, clear incident documentation, recovery validation, and collaborative escalation across technical teams.
