What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an IT infrastructure, systems, or automation role where I can improve secure endpoint, identity, SaaS, and cloud operations through practical integrations and workflow automation.

At Cyntexa Labs, I run IT infrastructure and SaaS operations spanning endpoints, identity, networks, security, and business applications. I joined as an IT Administrator in 2022 and was promoted to IT Manager.

I build practical automations for HR and IT workflows, including biometric attendance synchronization into Zoho People and Google Workspace-to-GitLab lifecycle automation using Python, REST APIs, and Google Cloud services.

Across 20+ years in IT, I've administered Google Workspace, ManageEngine Endpoint Central, FortiGate, UniFi, Active Directory, Exchange, and ServiceNow while providing Tier-2 support and maintaining security-first operational controls.
