What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a dynamic team where I can handle customer concerns confidently, support process improvements with reporting, and grow through challenging work—using my support, survey/reporting, and collections experience to deliver measurable customer satisfaction.

I’m a Customer Support Executive with experience handling customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests end-to-end. I calm angry callers, repair trust, locate resources for problem resolution, and design best option solutions—while keeping customers’ information accurate through basic data entry for online customer databases.

In my Research Analyst role, I conducted customer satisfaction surveys after vehicle service completion and recorded responses accurately in company systems. I also prepared daily and weekly feedback reports for service performance analysis, identified customer concerns and escalated issues to the service management team, and ensured timely follow-up to improve satisfaction.

Previously, as a Senior Executive in Harita Receivables and Collection Services, I developed procedures for collecting past due amounts, reached out to customers for outstanding payments, and resolved discrepancies. I reduced losses by restructuring loan payment plans and suggested process improvements to secure prompt and regular receipts. I’m comfortable working with Excel for reporting and with tools including Windows XP/Vista/8, VB.NET, and SQL Server for structured work.
