I'm seeking a fully remote customer support role where I can resolve enquiries with empathy, work independently across time zones, and use strong communication, record-management, and customer-care skills.

At Green Legacy Hotel, I serve as the first point of contact for guests, resolving enquiries about bookings, room service, menus, and hotel services by phone, email, and in person.
