I’m a detail-oriented remote professional combining customer support, virtual assistance, and administrative operations. I’m known for strong written English, excellent organization, and keeping workflows moving smoothly.

In my current freelance role, I respond to customer inquiries via email and chat, coordinate schedules, and support administrative workflows. I maintain accurate records through data entry, document review, and calendar management, using CRM tools to stay organized.

I also support recruitment coordination and follow-ups, bringing careful communication and time management to every step. Alongside support tasks, I handle practical operations support to ensure the day-to-day process stays efficient.

Previously, I managed guest services, bookings, and issue resolution as a Receptionist. I also maintained financial records and administrative reports as a Cashier / Record Officer, strengthening my attention to detail and reliability across different environments.
