What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and improve sales operations, coordination processes, funnels, and high-performing teams while partnering cross-functionally to strengthen customer engagement, operational efficiency, and revenue outcomes.

At UABILITY, I manage end-to-end sales coordination and have contributed to ₹25.6+ crore in revenue. I designed the organization’s sales funnel and built the Sales Coordination Department from the ground up.

I create SOPs, workflows, lead-nurturing frameworks, call-audit programs, and KPI reporting systems that bring structure and accountability to sales operations. I also recruit, train, and manage Sales Coordinators while maintaining CRM, dialer, pipeline, and dashboard accuracy.

Previously at MARBLE BOX, I handled process-driven operations, data verification, and quality assurance. I work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to improve workflows, customer engagement, and conversion outcomes.
