What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a senior implementation, project management, or program management role — remote or Fort Worth-proximate — where I can own delivery end-to-end rather than manage a piece of it. I thrive on complex, cross-functional rollouts with real technical depth. Compensation ideally in the $120K–$150K range.

I'm an enterprise implementation and delivery professional with more than 20 years of experience guiding complex SaaS and ECM (enterprise content management) rollouts from contract to go-live. My career spans professional services delivery, software configuration management, and customer success — including engagements with Fortune 500 and federal clients — and I've built a reputation for finding the gaps in a plan before they become problems, not after.

Most recently, I led implementation and Solution Delivery work on a mainframe-to-distributed ECM migration, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing SOW-governed timelines and budgets, and working directly with customer IT staff on technical configuration (PKI/OpenSSL, LDAP/SAML/SSO, and platform migration planning). Earlier in my career, I was a Master Instructor and certification exam author at Pure Atria/Rational Software, and held software configuration management roles at Sabre Holdings and IBM.

I work well fully remote — most of my career has been spent either on the road at customer sites or working from a dedicated home office — and I bring a disciplined, evidence-based approach to every engagement: clear documentation, proactive risk surfacing, and a track record of keeping delivery on time and on budget.

I'm currently looking for my next senior implementation, project management, or program management role, ideally remote.
