What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a leadership role where I can own digital growth strategy, run A/B tests and CRO using data, and build strong communities. I want a team that values experimentation, cross-functional collaboration, and practical AI to scale impact.

I’m an executive digital marketing leader currently serving as Chief Marketing Officer at BTECH (Mexico), where I define and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategy across social platforms. I’ve led cross-functional creative teams—community managers, designers, and sales personnel—and I use rigorous experimentation (A/B testing and conversion analysis) to optimize campaigns and outcomes.

Alongside my CMO role, I’ve operated as a Marketing Manager for PymeMarket (Spain), leading B2B marketing operations for a marketplace serving Cuban businesses. I developed social media growth strategies and drove website UX improvements and CRO, while also negotiating sponsorship agreements and strategic partnerships to expand reach and impact. Earlier, I built tourism visibility as a Community Manager at ChagodTour (Jamaica) and led performance and KPI monitoring for a web3 fintech startup at Fusyona/FUSYFOX (Canada), strengthening my ability to translate marketing ideas into measurable results.

I also bring an analytical, research-backed mindset from my scientific training—developing inhibitors through high-throughput screening during my Biochemistry & Molecular Biology thesis—so I approach marketing with the same discipline for data and iteration. As a Founder of Swapster (2025–Present) and co-founder of SoftFactory (2021–2022), I’ve navigated early product-market fit challenges and startup operations, and I continue sharing what I learn through my “Day Is On Stage” educational platform focused on digital marketing and AI democratization.
