What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own technical scoping and cross-functional delivery, building AI-driven automation tools in Python and AWS to accelerate operations, improve feedback loops, and scale programs globally.

I’m a Technical Project/Program Manager on Alexa projects, focused on AI, automation, and internal tooling. I handle scoping, planning, and coordination with Product, Engineering, and Research teams, and I build or support data and automation tools in Python and AWS.

Since Jun 2022, I’ve led delivery and onboarding of Alexa Preview programs for 3,000+ testers, managed technical requirements and cross-functional coordination for multiple EU launches, and reduced manual effort by up to 80% through a scaled automation portfolio (LLM insights pipelines, tester portals, survey automation, account provisioning, and KPI dashboards). I also developed a Claude (AWS Bedrock) tool to analyze 20k+ multilingual customer feedback, and I own the internal Automation Hub to drive enablement and operational excellence across global teams.
