Managed 20x FTEs across 3x Scrum teams within the program using SAFe. Oversaw long-term planning, risk management, external dependencies, and budgeting.

Oversaw Agile implementation across 2x Scrum teams and successfully hired 12x software engineers. Led the development of an interactive music TV channel from proof of concept to production using Scala, Cassandra and GCP.
