I'm looking to lead scalable operations, supply chain, last mile, risk, or transformation programs where I can use root-cause analysis, technology, and cross-functional execution to reduce losses and improve performance.

I've led loss prevention, operational risk, and process transformation programs at Amazon Mexico, OXXO/FEMSA, Vigitek, and DR Security. My work spans supply chain, last mile, transportation, fulfillment, technology implementation, and large-scale operations across Mexico and Latin America.

At Amazon, I designed a Last Mile improvement adopted as a national standard, generating an estimated $25K USD in weekly loss reduction. I also helped reduce lost packages by 50% across Northern Mexico, eliminated recurring organized-crime attacks against delivery drivers, and reduced inventory loss by 25% across three fulfillment centers supporting 850+ employees.
