I’m an operations and logistics professional with experience in sales strategy, freight logistics, e-commerce marketplaces, and supply chain operations across B2B and B2C markets, with a strong focus on Mexico City. I lead logistics operations and commercial strategy, manage carrier relationships, and build business development initiatives to improve revenue and operational efficiency.
