What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer service role where I can help customers resolve issues across multiple communication channels, using empathy and creative problem-solving.

I've supported customers at Blaze and Influx, resolving questions and issues with empathy, creative thinking, and Zendesk.

At Influx, I handled calls, emails, chats, and WhatsApp for international SunTransfers customers seeking help with transfers.

At PA-KUA, I taught martial arts to children and teenagers, welcomed new customers, and delivered introductory classes.

I hold a Philosophy degree from PUCRS, where I developed research, creative writing, logic, and critical-thinking experience, and I'm beginning a Physics licentiate degree.
