I’m building my sales career from the ground up, aiming to become a high-performing SDR who can turn cold outreach into real conversations. While I’m currently working customer service and sales roles, I’m focused on translating that communication strength into consistent outbound execution.

I’ve been learning Apollo.io through hands-on practice: list building, prospect research, and setting up sequences. I also experiment with AI tools for drafting and personalizing outreach so I can move faster on the “boring parts” while staying focused on meaningful customer interaction.

In customer-facing work, I’ve learned to stay calm when people are frustrated, listen first, and de-escalate tense situations. I handle high-volume situations, keep information organized, and communicate clearly—especially when customers need direct answers and steady help.

I’m looking for a remote SDR role where I can prove myself, hit goals, and grow into a full sales career. I work independently, stay organized, and take pride in steady performance with messaging that doesn’t sound like a template.
