What I'm looking for

I seek a senior pensions role where I can lead dispute resolution, improve operations, mentor teams, manage governance and deliver measurable member service improvements.

I am an experienced pensions professional with over 19 years' experience across Local Government, Firefighters, Police, NHS, Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution schemes. I deliver clear technical guidance and lead projects that improve processes and member experience.

In my recent roles I have been the single point of contact for IDRP and Ombudsman cases, led remedy and options exercises, managed end-to-end pension operations, and run teams delivering administration for thousands of members. I have a strong track record in dispute resolution, complaint handling, governance, statutory reporting and stakeholder engagement.

I focus on practical improvements—developing semi-automated processes, producing management reports, delivering training, and ensuring SLA and statutory compliance—to reduce escalations and enhance operational efficiency.
