What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can investigate complaints end-to-end, apply policy and regulation, and deliver fair, well-documented outcomes. I value strong case oversight, clear guidance, and collaborative teams with tight deadlines.

I’m an experienced complaints and compliance professional with a deep background across financial services, regulatory, public sector, and QA environments. I investigate complex cases, assess customer journeys, and apply policy and regulation to deliver fair outcomes within strict deadlines.

In Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) work, I’ve conducted in-depth file reviews to determine fair complaint outcomes, analyzed evidence and customer journeys, and identified further information needs. I also liaised with customers and businesses and issued clear findings and recommendations.

Across pensions, investments, mortgages, and unsecured lending, I’ve completed end-to-end investigations and suitability-focused reviews, including ISA, OEICs, Investment Bonds, Structured Products, and pension transfers. I draft response letters and supporting calculations, perform redress and compensation calculations, and document decision rationale aligned to guidance.

I’m highly organised, analytical, and confident working independently or in multidisciplinary teams. I’ve also quality-checked complaint responses, provided officer feedback, produced management reports, and overseen case handling while maintaining adherence to policy and compliance requirements.
