I seek an entry-level HR role focused on HRIS, talent management, employee experience, and L&D in a collaborative, growth-oriented organization.

I am an HR-focused professional with hands-on experience drafting employment letters and processing new hire information for 100+ employees, managing employee transfers in Workday, and developing career pathway frameworks and organizational charts for succession planning. I analyzed employee experience survey results from 200+ respondents, identified five key improvement areas with actionable recommendations, and collaborated on a salary analysis presented to management.
