Through Human Resource Management projects, I've developed HR transformation strategies, workforce reporting tools, DEI initiatives, employee engagement plans, and digital workflow concepts. My work focuses on improving employee experience, organizational effectiveness, and data-informed decision-making.

My background in journalism strengthened my research, stakeholder communication, documentation, and deadline-management skills. I bring a proactive, organized approach to supporting people and HR teams.
