I’m a customer service and healthcare support advocate who focuses on turning complicated questions into clear next steps. In my remote roles, I supported members by submitting prior authorizations, conducting insurance verification, processing test claims, and managing prescription refills—while protecting information in adherence to HIPAA guidelines.

I also bring strong call center performance and hands-on care experience. I handled high-volume inbound calls, answered questions related to Medicare Part D, helped members access pharmaceutical co-pay assistance programs, and responded to inquiries from healthcare providers about members’ accounts. I’ve also served as a Caregiver (Temporary), setting up the Kangaroo Omni Enteral Feeding Pump and preparing oxygen and nebulizer equipment, and I’ve led teams as an AutoZone Store Manager through customer service, inventory control, cash handling, budget submissions, and compliance with safety and security regulations.
