What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can blend crypto customer support with practical IT troubleshooting—communicating clearly, onboarding users, and improving reliability through careful problem solving and feedback-driven improvements.

I’m a customer-focused support professional and technician with a “mature, friendly, open manner” approach—especially when it comes to explaining complex concepts clearly and succinctly. I enjoy helping others and I’m a logical thinker and problem solver who stays calm while working through real customer needs.

Most recently, I’ve supported traders across Telegram, Discord, and Zendesk, handling customer onboarding and KYC processing. I also supported internal exchange tooling and ERC20 token-related needs, and contributed through beta testing and feedback to help improve the exchange experience.

Earlier in my career, I built strong support foundations across multiple technology areas—remote and onsite troubleshooting, server and messaging support, and hands-on infrastructure work. I’ve supported Windows Server and Exchange environments, used VMware vSphere, worked with VPN and hosting (CPanel), delivered CRM setup/customization (Zoho CRM), and completed malware removal plus hardware/software break/fix, including VoIP/PBX and lab support.
