What I'm looking for

I am a recent Diploma of Information Technology (Advanced Networking) graduate with practical experience designing and maintaining enterprise-style infrastructure in a Proxmox/Cisco home lab.

I combine technical skills in virtualization, network configuration, and security with 3+ years of high-volume customer service, enabling me to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and de-escalate complex situations.
