Previously, I turned Forman Mills into the company’s #1 district for sales growth, increasing sales by $3.5 million in seven months across six big-box fashion locations. At National Stores, I managed 11 Los Angeles-area stores, opened four locations in five months, and developed a pipeline of store leaders.

Across 35+ years in retail, I’ve operated multi-unit businesses, built four fashion stores from the ground up, led regions of up to 56 locations, and developed store and district management teams. I use operational analytics, forecasting, CRM, inventory controls, and AI-supported planning to improve visibility, execution, and profitable outcomes.
