At Seashore LLC, my own company, I partner with startups on hires across sales, customer success, software engineering, strategy, and product. I work across the US, Canada, and LATAM, with expertise in the Mexican, Colombian, Argentinian, and Chilean talent markets.
I handle full-cycle recruiting, from outbound sourcing through closing, and use Boolean search and LinkedIn filters to find candidates. My current work averages 1–3 placements per month.
At R3, I ran full-cycle recruiting for an enterprise blockchain software firm's New York, San Francisco, and São Paulo offices. Before that, at NP Group, I ran Director-level searches in Fintech, Digital, and Telco across Europe and the Americas.
Earlier, I handled high-volume tech recruitment at Novabase and worked as an on-site recruiter for a global PE-backed technology company through NP Group's RPO team, hitting 156% of my annual target. I also worked in executive search and began my recruiting career as an intern at Global Partner Consulting.
