I'm looking to lead complex international operations where I can improve supply chain reliability, financial visibility, quality systems, and cross-functional delivery performance.

I've led international logistics and custom-project operations across China, the EU, and the US, managing high-volume, high-ticket deliveries with full lifecycle accountability.

At MTI LLC, I progressed from Logistics Specialist to Head of External Logistics, overseeing 130+ sea containers, 400+ full-truckload shipments, and 400+ air freight deliveries annually. I led freight tenders and contract negotiations, managed a team of five specialists, maintained customs compliance, and aligned logistics decisions with procurement, finance, and executive leadership.

In US custom lighting operations, I owned roughly 150 concurrent projects and $400K in average monthly new project inflow. I maintained 97% on-time delivery, reduced post-delivery claims by 76%, and implemented CRM and financial tracking systems that improved visibility across production, logistics, payments, and client delivery.
