What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my ownership of AP, AR, cash tracking, and transportation reporting in a remote U.S. trucking or logistics environment.

I own the full accounting function for Linehaul Trucking LLC, a U.S. transportation operation generating approximately $10–15M in annual revenue. I manage AP, AR, customer invoicing, payment scheduling, cash tracking, aging, and monthly customer-level revenue and profitability reporting.

I prepare payments through U.S. Bank and Wintrust, maintain financial and operational tracking files, and work across Salesforce, MVMNT TMS, and Digits. I also registered the company as a SmartWay carrier and support customer prospecting and sales development.

Before moving into transportation accounting, I managed enterprise transportation sales at Everest Transportation Systems, leading an Enterprise Account Executive team and developing strategic business. Earlier, I coordinated drivers and customers as a dispatcher in a fast-paced U.S. logistics environment.

My earlier career in international event production taught me to coordinate complex teams, schedules, and deadlines across major global events. I bring that ownership, operational discipline, and transportation knowledge to remote accounting work.
