I'm looking for operations leadership work in Kyiv, remotely, or internationally where I can build operating systems, manage complex stakeholders and high-value programs, resolve technical and regulatory risks, and support cross-border growth.

Operations executive with 20+ years leading complex, multi-stakeholder environments across industrial megaprojects and defense manufacturing in Kazakhstan, Iraq, and the UAE. Built departments and operating systems from zero, held simultaneous oversight across six company functions, managed contracts and infrastructure budgets exceeding $100M, and negotiated directly with governments, tender committees, and international bodies.
