I’m a logistics operations and compliance specialist with 4+ years optimizing workflows, documentation, and compliance within US trucking networks. At HOMELAND TRANSPORT (May 2026–Present), I manage operational workflows and compliance to support efficient shipment execution and cross-functional documentation control. I streamline the post-delivery cycle by resolving POD/BOL discrepancies, and I handle operational exceptions, freight claims, and payment variances by coordinating fast-paced solutions. I also audit high-volume operational data and use TMS and internal tracking tools for accurate decision-making.

Previously at KVP TRUCKING (Jan 2022–May 2026), I partnered with the business owner to oversee back-office operations for a fleet of 30+ owner-operators—independently managing logistics, compliance, documentation, and billing. I managed FMCSA/DOT/HOS/ELD compliance, served as the primary ELD troubleshooting point, and improved post-delivery billing workflows (POD/BOL verification, detention, layover, accessorial charges) to increase turnaround and invoicing accuracy. Earlier, in revenue cycle and medical billing roles (EXELEGENT, Ultimate Billing), I managed full-cycle billing, investigated payment discrepancies and denials, and used root-cause analysis to strengthen compliance and workflow accuracy.
