What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an IT support/help desk role where I can use structured troubleshooting, clear documentation, and endpoint expertise to resolve user and desktop issues quickly, collaborate on escalations, and keep improving through hands-on training.

I’m a CompTIA Security+ certified IT support candidate with hands-on experience diagnosing desktop and laptop issues, supporting remote users, and resolving operating system and performance problems. I focus on clear, accurate technical documentation, structured issue resolution, and root-cause analysis to get endpoints back to stable operation.

In my technical support and endpoint work, I’ve installed and configured Windows, handled driver installation and OS setup, and troubleshot hardware, software, and boot issues. I also bring escalation support, system diagnostics, and network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, ports) to ensure problems are communicated effectively and handled with consistency—from post-deployment fixes to real-time troubleshooting in fast-paced environments.
