I'm looking to help customers become genuinely confident using a product, combining adult education, practical instructional content, healthcare technology implementation, and feedback that improves both training and the product.

I've managed nationwide dental technology installations at Intermedia Group, helping offices transition from analog to digital X-ray systems through implementation support, clear communication, and hands-on workflow training.
