What I'm looking for

I'm looking to bring my learning design instinct and live training delivery experience to a remote training or learning-experience role.

I design original, standards-based, project-based technical courses for Clark County School District, building content, activities, and assessments in Canvas LMS. I translate dense subject matter into accessible learning experiences and refine materials using learner outcomes and engagement data.

I've designed and delivered hands-on workshops, webinars, and train-the-trainer programs for 60+ adult learners at a time, helping staff adopt new digital tools with confidence. My work includes technology planning and interoperability across Canvas, Infinite Campus, and Google Workspace.

I also bring research and program-management experience from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where I supervised graduate assistants, analyzed qualitative and quantitative data, and developed evaluation surveys, policy papers, and statements of work. I'm looking to bring my learning design and training delivery experience to a remote role.
