What I'm looking for

I am looking for a dynamic work environment where I can further develop my customer service skills and gain more experience in the hospitality industry.

I am a dedicated professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from STI Academic Center. Since June 2019, I have been honing my skills at Sweet Basil Food & Trading Inc., where I have developed a strong foundation in customer service and operational management.

My experience has equipped me with the ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure, multitask effectively, and utilize various software tools such as Microsoft Office, POS, and PMS systems. I am fluent in both English and Tagalog, allowing me to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele.
