Danielle Carandang

I am a dedicated and adaptable professional with a strong background in midwifery and customer service. With experience in patient advocacy, customer support, and midwifery, I possess excellent communication skills in both oral and written English and Filipino. I am a fast learner, able to work under pressure, and thrive in dynamic environments.

My most recent role as Patient Advocate I Supervisor at Medrisk LLC has honed my skills in escalations management and customer relations. Prior to this, I worked as an Escalations Advisor I at META Concentrix CVG Philippines Inc and as a Customer Service Specialist at Alorica Philippines.

In addition to my customer service experience, I have a strong foundation in midwifery, having worked as a Staff Midwife at MV Santiago Medical Center and Lying In Clinic. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Midwifery from Cavite State University and a Licensed Midwife certification from the Professional Regulation Commission.
