I'm looking to lead enterprise learning, change, and onboarding programs where I can connect instructional design, LMS strategy, and team leadership to measurable operational outcomes.

At Nestlé Purina, I lead training for a 350-person manufacturing workforce, building safety, quality, machine-operation, maintenance, and onboarding programs. My work contributed to a 67% reduction in reportable injuries and a 46% improvement in maintenance workforce proficiency.
