I've managed training for the network-wide Hyperdrive Upgrade and Outcome Management Systems go-live, partnering with clinical and technical leaders to align curriculum strategy, adoption, and organizational goals.

I converted Ambulatory training into 10 interactive e-learning modules and use needs assessments, learning measurement, and quality assurance to improve complex programs from design through evaluation.

Across healthcare organizations including Baylor, Scott & White, Bryan Health, PeaceHealth, and Kaiser Permanente, I've built Epic training environments, developed e-learning, led train-the-trainer sessions, and supported large-scale implementations for more than 20 years.
