What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can combine guest-first service with training and process accuracy—communicating in English/Spanish, solving issues fast, and supporting teams with strong onboarding, documentation, and customer satisfaction.

I’m a guest services associate who delivers polished, reliable service from arrival to departure, using strong communication and bilingual Spanish/English fluency to solve problems quickly in fast-paced environments. I register guests, handle phone inquiries, and coordinate across departments so stays are smooth and enjoyable.

During my night auditor work, I balanced accounts from the day shift, created invoices, bills, and vendor checks, and kept official documentation accurate for check-ins, check-outs, and walk-ins. I also helped protect the front desk by following security procedures and controlling access, while supporting customer satisfaction through scheduled wake-up calls and concierge-style requests.

Before hospitality, I built deep training and HR-adjacent expertise as a trainer and training coordinator, where I analyzed departmental training needs and designed programs that improved performance. I delivered training through role playing, simulations, and team exercises, and supported onboarding with I-9 verification, background checks, interviews, selection, temp conversions, and employee development.
