I've supported patient resolution and healthcare operations at CVS Health Coram Infusion, where I collaborated with CVS to create and supervise the Coram Outreach Escalations Team. I reviewed specialty infusion escalations, resolved billing and claims inquiries, managed infusion inventory, and trained new Patient Resolution Specialists.
