What I'm looking for

I’m looking to grow in a customer support/operations role where I can train teams, resolve issues quickly, and bring a positive, determined attitude—leveraging HIPAA and insurance verification experience to improve service.

I’m a customer support-focused Trainer who helps CSR reps resolve customer issues and supports smooth onboarding. At Senture, I take phone calls when needed, conduct classes in WEBEX, and move new hires into nesting.

Before training, I built strong front-desk and patient support experience as a Receptionist at Family Health Center. I check patients in and out, verify insurance through Medicaid/Medicare websites, answer the phone, and work to resolve issues.

I also bring healthcare operations experience from roles including Housekeeper at South Central Regional Medical Center and Direct Care Worker at Ellisville State School, where I multi-tasked, supported clients, and handled day-to-day responsibilities with patience and attention to detail. I’m a hardworker—always willing to learn, positive, and determined with great energy.
