What I'm looking for

I am seeking a people-centered role in HR or operations where I can apply counseling, recruitment, and administrative skills to improve team performance and client experience while growing into strategic HR responsibilities.

I am a psychology graduate with hands-on experience in human resources, client support, administration, and digital marketing across corporate, educational, hospitality, and faith-based organizations. I combine counseling skills with operations know-how to improve staff performance and client satisfaction.

As a Human Resource Manager and Client Support Officer, I led recruitment, onboarding, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, and administrative reporting, supporting organizational accountability and operational efficiency. I have also managed daily operations in hospitality and printing environments, driving service improvements and revenue-supportive practices.

Outside formal roles, I coordinate faith-based initiatives, coach university sports teams, and pursue continuous development in data analysis and soft skills. I deliver measurable improvements through strategic planning, clear communication, and a calm, solutions-focused approach.
