I’m seeking a client-facing account management or customer support role—preferably remote or hybrid—where I can leverage CRM tools, manage programs, support cross-functional teams, and grow into broader operations ownership.

I am a bilingual account management and customer support specialist with experience coordinating client bookings, handling sensitive data, and managing community and data operations.

As Rebate Program Manager, I communicated with customers and representatives via email, text and phone, coordinated monthly reports with sales teams, created and maintained internal reports, and served as a liaison between departments; I also traveled to major U.S. trade shows to enroll clients and manage team documentation.

I bring hands-on experience with Microsoft Office, Zoho CRM and related tools, Dropbox, Outlook/Gmail, and a proven record in event coordination, appointment management, frontline customer service and team documentation.
