In my roles as an Insurance Sales Manager and Lead Insurance Sales Agent, I managed day-to-day agency activity across two locations while supporting sales strategy, cross-selling, and customer retention. I monitored claims activities, collaborated with claims adjusters, and helped keep the claims process efficient and compliant.
