What I'm looking for

I am looking for remote or hybrid opportunities in customer support, administrative and operations support, customer success, sales support, or information management. I am open to full-time, part-time, and contract roles. I value clear responsibilities, practical work, good communication, and opportunities to contribute independently while supporting a team.

I am an Economist and MBA with more than 15 years of experience across commercial operations, customer support, administrative coordination, business analysis, and information management.

Throughout my career, I have worked in corporate, consulting, financial, and commercial environments, coordinating information, following up on customers and business opportunities, preparing reports, organizing data, and supporting day-to-day operations.

I also have several years of direct experience in sales and customer-facing roles, including prospecting, customer needs assessment, follow-up, negotiation, and closing. More recently, I worked in commercial management, coordinating initiatives, consolidating information from different sources, and supporting teams with accurate and useful business information.

I am particularly interested in remote or hybrid opportunities in customer support, administrative support, operations, customer success, sales support, virtual assistance, data and information management, and related roles. I enjoy organizing information, solving practical problems, supporting customers and teams, and working independently while managing multiple priorities.

I am comfortable learning new tools and processes and have intermediate Excel skills, basic Power BI knowledge, and experience using AI tools.
