At Mirow & Co., As an Associate consultant I’ve worked on SME banking strategy for a fintech, leveraging 1.4B+ transactions, deep customer research, and competitor benchmarking to identify priority areas for targeted action.

Previously, as a Business Analyst, I designed a portfolio allocation and governance model to optimize deployment of USD 75M, built performance dashboards and KPI frameworks, and evaluated partners through rigorous benchmarking.
