I’m looking for a leadership role where I can own marketing operations and digital performance, turn data into actionable insights, and improve workflows through automation and process improvement—while collaborating cross-functionally to deliver measurable growth.

I’m a marketing operations and business operations leader with 15+ years of experience directing marketing communications, email marketing, analytics, and process improvement. At the National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF), I lead planning, scheduling, and deployment of marketing initiatives while coordinating across teams to deliver measurable results. I’ve supported more than 300 annual email campaigns and promoted events through frameworks that strengthen consistency, accuracy, and performance.

I build reporting and performance systems that teams can trust—developing DOMO dashboards and reporting frameworks, analyzing campaign and audience data, and using KPI tracking to guide data-driven decisions. I also manage marketing automation and execution using Salesforce, Pardot, Constant Contact, and PropFuel, and coordinate strategy for approximately 20 industry events annually, including a trade show with 60,000+ attendees. I’m known for strong organizational skills in fast-paced environments, and I continuously look for opportunities to streamline workflows, improve reporting processes, and increase operational efficiency while supporting rebrands and multi-platform digital updates.
