I’m a Senior learning and development analyst focused on translating business needs into scalable learning solutions. I support the full learning lifecycle—from needs assessment and curriculum planning to content development, LMS administration, and program execution.

At CVS Health, I lead and support enterprise learning initiatives by coordinating timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables across multiple business programs. I partner with business leaders, SMEs, and cross-functional teams to align training needs with operational goals, while managing multiple concurrent projects to keep learning on schedule.

I also build and maintain large-scale curricula and onboarding initiatives, including 80+ learning assets across enterprise audiences. I develop e-learning content and performance support resources, improve learning experiences through learner feedback and quality reviews, and provide LMS support with troubleshooting, quality checks, and learning asset maintenance.

Previously, at Virginia Housing, I designed and maintained instructor-led and digital learning materials and managed LMS administration and learning records. I evaluated learning effectiveness using analytics and survey data, and I completed an enterprise-wide Emerging Leaders Program focused on leadership development and cross-functional collaboration.
