I’m a Strategic and passionate Learning Experience Designer with 9+ years of experience building scalable, data-driven learning programs for sales, success, technology, and external audiences. I translate complex business needs into high-impact learning solutions that drive adoption, accelerate performance, and improve retention.

At Zillow (2024–present), I design multimodal learning programs aligned to enablement priorities and business goals, using tools like Articulate, Vyond, and AI-assisted workflows (NotebookLM, Replit, ChatGPT, Claude) to streamline creation and iteration.
