I’m a Learning & Development Specialist focused on Instructional Design and LMS administration, passionate about building effective learning solutions that meet real organizational needs. I bring a strong blend of curriculum design, LMS operations, and stakeholder partnership to help teams deliver scalable training for global audiences.

In my current role as an Experience LMS Administrator, Hanu Services, I manage the effective operation of an LMS platform end-to-end—module uploads, configuration, troubleshooting, user access management, content updates, and report generation. I also ensure training programs comply with legal and regulatory requirements, and I collaborate with SMEs, facilitators, and business leaders to provide ongoing support and creative, needs-based solutions.

I build and improve learning systems and measurement. I developed an LMS Feedback App using PowerApps to capture user insights, manage integrations, review and monitor system performance, and maintain secure user accounts and permissions. I also evaluate training effectiveness and continuously refine curriculum review processes to support ongoing course improvement.

Previously, as a Learning & Development Specialist - Instructional Design & LMS Admin at Hyland, I designed and managed scalable course curriculum, implemented workday-related configuration and integration efforts, and created measures to track learning outcomes aligned to business goals. Earlier at Dreyer’s/Nestle USA, I leveraged LMS expertise to support controlled training operations, managed hundreds of employee training records, and helped launch a global LMS for hourly employees—also contributing to cost reduction of micro-holds from over $700k to $0 using the A.D.D.I.E. model. I’m now seeking a challenging, dynamic global environment where I can keep growing and drive learning and compliance success.
